This is a very frustrating experience for me as a member. Logging in for the first time is a good experience. The app does not load on subsequent launches. It has never loaded, that's not an exaggeration. You can expect that the app will spin and sit indefinitely after you have accessed it for the first time. You can access the app again if your app settings are cleared. This is something I will never do, and no one should. It's not worth fixing or removing.

Continued...very slow. I was unable to access my notifications or do anything. After uninstalling the program, I restarted my device and reinstalled it. However, the app now says there is no network connection. Please try again later. The only app that isn't able to locate my internet connection is this one. All other functions work!

There are too many technical issues. You spend too much time looking at notifications that end up as teasers for you to purchase more subscriptions. The Oxford Club, Zacks and their service are better. I spent a lot of time and money. The results are not satisfactory.

It works perfectly when my phone supports notifications. However, I wish that they could simply include the subject information within the email they send so you can get the right info quickly. This would allow for a quicker response and make it easier to find the correct information. They would be able to save time and not have to repeat the same information 3 times.

Last update caused app to crash. Click doesn't load subscriptions. Click on the text alerts, and it just sits there until you close it. I tried uninstalling the program and then installing it again. It still does not work. Update correctly, I depend on the latest content. We are grateful!

I LOVE my "older device!" Although my device recognises my fingerprint, the app doesn't authenticate. Previous older device owners have reported authentication errors. This is your latest. Please help me. If the app recognizes at most my fingerprint, then I will consider another star. Please help me move this app as Time is Money! !

With the latest update to the app, the app has stopped functioning. The email address that was provided for feedback in the app store isn't monitored. Update 2020-07-01: The app has stopped working after a few minutes.

A half-star would be great. This is all that I could give. I joined this group on January 12, 2012. Problem with formatting. You should have been already on one of these lists. Calling customer service, the female told me to uninstall and then reinstall my app. I did. It "cannot authenticate me" and I do not want to be reprimanded. A positive, productive solution is what I need!

Once I log in, look around, and then leave the app, it won't let me back in. It just keeps loading and stumbling. The same problem keeps happening. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app. This is what I need.

It worked for the first 2 days, but then it just gave me three dots. This is as expensive as the stuff. It's very frustrating. And the customer service is poor. I have tried twice to uninstall the app and no luck.

This app has been working well for me on my Droid, but it won't open in the new window after I install it. To open the app, I need to use Google Play Store.

The app is a joke. It opens once, then closes again. The app is a poor one, but machine analytics. Lol! Crazy
